The Chinese bamboo tree take 5 years to grow to 80+ feet high.

For 58 1/2 months you don’t see anything above the ground.  It must watered and nurtured or it will not survive.  It is only during the last 6 weeks that it breaks through and grows up 80+ feet.

Perfect analogy of the famous saying “you reap what you sow.”

Just because the bamboo tree was not visible until the last 6 weeks- doesn’t mean it wasn’t growing.  It was building a root system underground, that would allow it to reach it’s full potential.

We live in a world of instant gratification.

Health takes time.  Relationships take time.

Learn from the bamboo tree- and foster and nurture your dreams/desires to succeed in health and in life by not giving up and being dedicated to building a strong solid foundation for which to grow to your full potential!

Blue skies,

Dr. Drew
