ON YOUR FIRST VISIT TO OUR OFFICE

When you arrive at The Bridge Chiropractic, you will be greeted and asked to fill out our new practice member application and paperwork. This will help us to determine how we can help you in addition to understanding your unique history, health status, and reason for your visit. To save time, please download forms here.

Your first visit is all about you.

We take the time to understand what’s going on, how long it’s been there, and how it’s affecting your life. From there, we gather all the data we need to get the full picture of your health. This includes:

• Consultation – We’ll talk through your health history, symptoms, and goals.
• Examination – A detailed functional assessment to understand what your body needs.
• X-rays – If necessary, to see exactly what’s happening beneath the surface.
• Treatment - If we think we can help you, we will provide treatment on the first visit to understand how you respond and what you need going forward.

Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll explain what we find and discuss your next steps. Your first visit is designed to give us clues and you answers. We will start you on the path to feeling better — right away.
